A naturopathic consultation involves taking a detailed case that covers aspects of your medical history, diet and lifestyle, health concerns and goals. We may use different testing, physical assessments and iridology. The treatment plan may include a combination of herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, lifestyle advice and therapeutic diet planning as part of a holistic treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

Appointments can also be conducted via telehealth.

1 hour initial consultation – $110

30 – 45  minute follow up consultation – $75

10 minute acute prescription – $20

Functional Testing

Further investigations in the way of testing may be indicated for your specific case. We can test to assess for nutritional deficiencies and other parameters to determine the root cause of illness. Functional testing may also be a consideration to assess your health and wellness status and can play a part in formulating a plan to optimise your wellness.

Nutragenomics

We are all familiar with the adage that ‘you are what you eat’….nutrigenomics is part of the science behind this idea that explores the communication between nutrients and genes. Specific testing of your own DNA can provide insight about your constitutional type including health vulnerabilities and what foods and nutrients are most relevant to your health picture and can optimise your wellness and longevity. She has worked with people across all age groups with lots of experience with children. She sees the uniqueness of each individual in their health and wellness journey and will mindfully consider all aspects of your lifestyle and needs when making a plan for you.
